f Google Chrome is minimized in your taskbar and you can’t maximize it, there are a few methods you can try to resolve this issue:
1. Use Keyboard Shortcuts:
• Press Alt + Tab to switch to Chrome, then try Alt + Space, followed by X to maximize the window.
• Alternatively, once Chrome is active (after using Alt + Tab), you can also try pressing F11 to toggle full-screen mode.
2. Right-click on Taskbar Icon:
• Right-click on the Chrome icon in the taskbar. You should see options like Maximize or Restore. Click on Maximize if available.
3. Task Manager Approach:
• Open Task Manager by pressing Ctrl + Shift + Esc.
• Find Google Chrome in the list, right-click on it, and select Maximize or Bring to front.
4. Check for Multiple Displays:
• If you’re using multiple monitors, Chrome might be opening on a screen that is not currently active or is powered off. Try disconnecting and reconnecting your monitors or checking the display settings.
5. Restart Chrome:

1. Access for Current Mobieus Customers: Bookkeepers or Accountants who are existing customers of Mobieus will retain their complimentary access to the necessary tools and resources for effective management of your QuickBooks account data.
2. Revision of Complimentary Access Policy: Previously, up to June 30, 2023, Mobieus provided free access to your QuickBooks data for your Bookkeepers and Accountants, regardless of their customer status with us. This offer was extended to December 31, 2023. However, starting from January 1, 2024, complimentary access to QuickBooks data will be exclusively provided to those Bookkeepers and Accountants who are also Mobieus customers.
3. Options for Non-Customer Bookkeepers and Accountants: If your Bookkeeper or Accountant is not a customer of Mobieus and you wish to grant them access to your QuickBooks data, they will need to sign up as a Mobieus customer. Alternatively, you can utilize the 'Accountant Copy' feature in QuickBooks to share your data with them. This feature allows you to send a copy of your QuickBooks data for their use without requiring them to be Mobieus customers.

1. Launch QuickBooks:

5. Select "Open or Restore Company":

7. Choose "Open a Company File":
• In the next window, select "Open a Company File."
9. Navigate to the P:\ Network Drive:
• To find your company file on the P:\ network drive, click on "This PC" and then double-click on "P:"
11. Select the Company File:
• Within the P:\ network drive, browse through the folders to locate your specific company file, which should have a QBW file extension.
13. Open the Company File:
• Click on the company file to highlight it, then click the "Open" button.

To enroll in Mobieus Self-Service Password Reset (SSPR), follow these instructions:

2. Sign In: You will be directed to the sign-in page. Enter your Mobieus username and password. If you can't remember your password, please contact support@mobieus.com.(mailto:support@mobieus.com)
3. Verification Method: After signing in, you'll be prompted to verify your identity. Instead of using the default Microsoft Authenticator App, please select Phone.
4. When you reach the screen shown below in Image 1, click on 'I want to set up a different method.'
5. Chooose 'Phone'
6. Follow the provided instructions to activate your phone so that you can receive an authentication code via SMS/TXT messaging.
7. Confirmation: After successfully configuring your phone, you will receive a confirmation message stating, "Verification complete. Your phone has been registered."

From time to time, your Virtual Desktop (...or just Quickboooks) may freeze and become unresponsive. We have authored a solution to resolve. To unfreeze your Virtual Desktop when it locks up, follow these steps:
Solution 1:
1. On your Virtual Desktop, type 'LogOff' in the Taskbar Search Window and press 'Enter' as shown in the image below.
2. Windows (http://2.Windows)will initiate the logoff process, and you will be signed out of your user account.
3. You (http://3.You)can now reconnect to your your virtual desktop.
4. If Windows does not initiaite a logoff repeat and rather than press 'Enter', click on the menu itme named 'Logoff', it is circled in blue in the image above.
Solution 2:
1. Click anywhere on your Virtual Desktop.
2. Click on the Windows icon (1) in the taskbar to open the Start Menu.
3. In the Start Menu's search bar, type "File Explorer" (2) and press 'Enter'. This will open File Explorer.
4. With File Explorer opened, click to the right of 'Home' and then type 'Logoff' and press 'Enter'
5. Windows will initiate the logoff process, and you will be signed out of your user account.
6. You can now reconnect to your your virtual desktop.
Solution 3:
1. Click anywhere on your Virtual Desktop.
2. Press Ctrl + Alt + END on your Keyboard.
3. Click 'Sign Out'
